IMZ- Integral conveyors are efficient scraper conveyors with an integrated filtration.

The filtration process takes place in the filter tubes of the infeed section. The fineness of the filter tubes depends on the requirements of the customer. The fineness can be varied from 30µ to 150µ. Corresponding to the amount of fluid to be filtered, several filter tubes can be installed. The picture shows a scraper conveyor for 150l emulsion. The integral conveyor is combined with a high-pressure system. This allows a flowing of cutting fluid inside the tools. Scraper conveyors are used for the transport of short and broken chipping. IMZ- screw conveyors are produced in many different versions. Essential for the production are the requirements of the costumers and the concrete use.
Screw conveyors allow the transport of chipping in a simple and effective way. They are used when there is not much space for other conveying systems.

IMZ offers also screw conveyors for the distribution of chipping, for instance for the distribution of chipping in the opposite direction on centrifuges or other facilities for the handling or cleaning of chipping.
The design and production depends on the technical requirements of the costumer.
